Answers to the most common questions about Keryo.
Quick answers to common questions. If you don't find what you need, see Troubleshooting or Contact Support.
What is Keryo?
Keryo is a platform to create, adapt, schedule, and publish social-media content for multiple clients. It's built for social-media agencies, freelance social media managers, ghostwriters, and personal-branding studios.
Which social networks are live?
LinkedIn and X (Twitter) are live and supported today. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube are coming soon.
Is there a free plan?
No. There's no free tier. You need an active subscription or a running free trial to use the app. See Free Trial.
How does the free trial work?
While your trial is running, you get full access just like a paid subscription. When it ends without an active subscription, the app is paused until you subscribe. See Free Trial.
Can I manage multiple clients?
Yes. Work is organized into client workspaces — each client has its own connected accounts, brand voice, posts, and analytics. You switch the active client and everything is scoped to it.
How many workspaces do I get?
It depends on your plan: Freelance 3, Studio 10, Agency 30. See Plans & Pricing.
How does the AI rewriting work?
Keryo rewrites one idea into per-platform variants, can generate a draft from a topic, and can apply an advanced brand voice per client (Studio and up).
Do I need analytics — which plan?
Per-platform analytics is available on Studio and up, for the live networks (LinkedIn and X).
Can I import existing posts?
Yes, importing existing posts is available on Freelance and up.
Is there an API?
Yes. Keryo has a REST API and an MCP connector for AI clients. See the Developers section.
How do I redeem a code?
Enter it in the redeem-code screen. A code grants a plan tier (Freelance, Studio, or Agency). See Redeem Codes.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the Stripe Billing Portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period. See Managing Your Subscription.
In which languages is Keryo available?
English and French, both for the app and the free public tools.
