# Overview

How posts move from draft to scheduled or published, across multiple accounts.

In Keryo, every post starts as a **draft** and ends up either **scheduled** for later or **published now**. This page walks you through the lifecycle so you know what happens at each step, whichever client workspace you're working in.

## The post lifecycle

A post always follows the same path:

1. **Create a draft** — start a new post in the active client workspace.
2. **Choose your accounts** — target one or several connected accounts at once.
3. **Write the content** — manually, with the [AI assistant](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/ai-assistant.md), or with [per-platform rewriting](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/per-platform-rewriting.md).
4. **Add media (optional)** — images, videos, PDFs or a YouTube video. See [Media](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/media.md).
5. **Decide when it goes out:**
   * [**Schedule**](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/scheduling.md) it for a future date and time, or
   * [**Publish now**](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/publishing.md) — immediate and irreversible.

```
Draft ──▶ Pick accounts ──▶ Write ──▶ (Add media) ──┬──▶ Schedule ──▶ Published
                                                     └──▶ Publish now ──▶ Published
```

## Targeting multiple accounts

One post can go to several connected accounts in a single pass, and each account can carry its own content. That's how you keep the same idea consistent while still tailoring it per network.

{% hint style="info" %}
Everything is scoped to the **active client workspace**. Switch clients and you'll only see that client's accounts, posts and analytics.
{% endhint %}

## AI or manual

You're never locked into one way of writing:

* **AI** — generate a first draft from a topic, then edit it. See the [AI assistant](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/ai-assistant.md).
* **Manual** — write everything yourself, with full control per account. See [Manual writing](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/manual-writing.md).

## Which networks are live

Today, posts publish to **LinkedIn** and **X (Twitter)**. Other networks (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube) are **coming soon** — you'll see them announced in the app, but they aren't publishable yet.
