# Templates

Save reusable post templates to write faster and stay consistent.

Templates are reusable post skeletons you save once and reuse whenever you need them. They're perfect for recurring formats — weekly tips, launch announcements, testimonials — so you never rebuild the same structure twice.

## What templates are for

A template captures the shape of a post you write often. Instead of starting from a blank composer each time, you pull up the template and fill in the specifics.

* **Consistency** — keep your recurring formats looking the same every time.
* **Speed** — skip the setup and get straight to the content.
* **Scale** — reuse proven structures across your different clients.

## Using templates

1. Save a post structure you like as a template.
2. When you create a new post, start from that template.
3. Adjust the content for the occasion, then [schedule](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/scheduling.md) or [publish](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/publishing.md).

Templates pair well with the [AI assistant](/keryo-docs/creating-posts/ai-assistant.md): use a template for structure, then let AI help fill in the wording.
{% endhint %}

## Templates vs report templates

Post templates are for **content you publish**. If you're looking to standardize your **analytics reports** instead, see [Report templates](/keryo-docs/content-tools/report-templates.md).
