# Report templates

Reusable templates to standardize your analytics reports.

Report templates let you define a standard layout for your **analytics reports**, so every client report looks consistent and takes minutes instead of hours to produce.

## What report templates are for

When you report performance back to clients, you want it to look the same every time. A report template captures that standard structure once, ready to reuse.

* **Consistency** — every client gets the same clean, recognizable report.
* **Speed** — reuse the layout instead of rebuilding it each period.
* **Professionalism** — present analytics in a repeatable, branded format.

## Using report templates

1. Set up a report template with the structure you want.
2. Reuse it when you build reports from your [analytics](/keryo-docs/analytics/overview.md).
3. Repeat each reporting cycle without starting over.

Report templates work alongside [per-platform statistics](/keryo-docs/analytics/per-platform-statistics.md), which provide the current stats and historical **snapshots** that feed into your reports.
{% endhint %}

## Report templates vs post templates

Report templates are for **analytics reporting**. If you want to reuse the structure of **posts you publish**, see [Post templates](/keryo-docs/content-tools/templates.md) instead.
