Switching workspaces

Select the active client so everything you do is scoped to it.

Keryo always works in the context of one active client. Switching the active client changes everything you see — accounts, posts, brand voice, and analytics all follow the selected client.

Select the active client

1. Open the client selector in the app.

2. Choose the client you want to work on.

3. The workspace reloads scoped to that client.

Everything is scoped to the selected client

Once a client is active, every action applies only to that workspace:

• Connected accounts shown are that client's accounts.

• Posts you create, schedule, or publish belong to that client.

• Brand voice used by the AI is that client's brand voice.

• Analytics reflect that client only.

Before creating a post or connecting an account, always confirm the correct client is active. Actions apply to whichever client is selected.
