# Creating a client

Add a new client workspace and connect its accounts.

Every client you manage in Keryo is its own workspace. Adding a client is the first thing you'll do after signing in and starting your trial or subscription.

## Add a new client

1. From your workspace, choose **Create client** (or the equivalent "add client" action).
2. Fill in the client's details — such as its name — so you can recognize it when switching between clients.
3. Save to create the workspace.

{% hint style="info" %}
Your plan limits how many clients you can create: **Freelance** 3, **Studio** 10, **Agency** 30. See [Client workspaces overview](/keryo-docs/client-workspaces/overview.md) and [Plans & pricing](/keryo-docs/account-and-billing/plans-and-pricing.md).
{% endhint %}

## Connect the client's accounts

A new workspace starts empty. To publish for this client, connect its social accounts:

1. Make sure the new client is the active one — see [Switching workspaces](/keryo-docs/client-workspaces/switching-workspaces.md).
2. Connect **LinkedIn** or **X (Twitter)** via OAuth.

Full steps: [Connecting social accounts](/keryo-docs/getting-started/connecting-social-accounts.md).

## Recommended next steps

* Set the client's [brand voice](/keryo-docs/client-workspaces/brand-voice.md) so AI drafts sound on-brand.
* Create your first post from the [Quickstart](/keryo-docs/getting-started/quickstart.md).
