# Brand voice

Give each client a brand voice so AI-written posts sound on-brand.

A **brand voice** captures how a client sounds — tone, style, and vocabulary. Keryo stores a brand voice **per client**, so the AI writes each client's posts in their own voice, not a generic one.

## How the AI uses your brand voice

When you generate or adapt content for a client, Keryo applies that client's brand voice. It shapes:

* **AI drafts** generated from a topic.
* **Per-platform rewriting**, when one idea is adapted into variants for LinkedIn and X.
* **Content re-adaptation** ("refactor"), when existing text is rewritten.

The result is copy that stays consistent with the client's identity across networks.

## Basic vs. advanced brand voice

**Advanced brand voice** is available on **Studio and up**. **Freelance** includes basic AI rewriting, so AI-assisted drafting and per-platform adaptation still work — the deeper, more tailored brand-voice controls are a Studio+ feature.

## Set a client's brand voice

1. [Switch to the client](/keryo-docs/client-workspaces/switching-workspaces.md) whose voice you want to define.
2. Open its brand voice settings.
3. Describe the tone and style you want the AI to follow, then save.
