# Privacy & your data

How Keryo handles your data, consent, connected providers, and deletion.

This page explains, in plain terms, what Keryo stores and how you stay in control of your data and your connected social accounts.

## Consent management

Keryo asks for your consent where it's needed and lets you manage those choices. You decide which social accounts to connect and can review or change your preferences.

## What data is stored

To run the service, Keryo stores the data you create and connect, such as:

* Your **account and profile** information
* Your **client workspaces**, their **brand voice**, **posts**, and **drafts**
* **Connections** to your social accounts (authorized via OAuth)
* **Analytics** data (current stats and historical snapshots) for connected networks

{% hint style="info" %}
Large media handled specially: YouTube videos upload straight from your browser to YouTube and are **never stored on Keryo's side**.
{% endhint %}

## Disconnecting a social provider

You can **disconnect** or **"forget"** a connected social provider at any time from the relevant client workspace. This removes Keryo's authorization to act on that account.

## Deleting your data

You control your content. Removing workspaces, posts, or connected accounts removes the associated data. For a full account or data deletion request, reach out via [Contact Support](/keryo-docs/support/contact.md).

{% hint style="warning" %}
Publishing a post is **irreversible** once it goes out to a network — deleting it in Keryo does not remove it from the social platform.
{% endhint %}
